CAEXV provides a digital proof-of-existence and verification service for user-generated digital files.
By accessing or using the CAEXV website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the service.

2. Service Description
CAEXV provides a Zero-Access digital registry service that enables users to generate cryptographic proof that a digital file existed at a specific point in time.
The service includes:
client-side generation of a cryptographic hash (SHA-256)
creation of a timestamped registry entry
extraction of technical metadata (“AI-DNA”)
assignment of a unique OriginCrest ID
generation of a GoldCard PDF as a cryptographic certificate (Pro)
public verification via Verify (HashCheck)
optional Double-Proof verification (Pro)
All file processing occurs locally in the user’s browser. CAEXV never uploads, receives, processes, or stores original user files or file contents.
3. Plans & Features
3.1 Basic Proof
The Basic proof includes:
creation of a cryptographic proof-of-existence
timestamped registry entry
file hash registration
public verification via Verify (HashCheck)
No GoldCard is generated, stored, or archived under the Basic proof.
3.2 Pro Proof
The Pro proof includes all Basic features plus:
generation of a GoldCard PDF as a cryptographic certificate
Important Zero-Access Notice: GoldCards are generated on demand and delivered directly to the user. CAEXV does not store, back up, archive, or retain GoldCards in any form.
4. Zero-Access Architecture
CAEXV follows a strict Zero-Access principle:
no files or file contents are uploaded
no file contents are processed server-side
no semantic or content analysis is performed
no behavioral tracking or analytics are used
CAEXV servers receive only:
SHA-256 hash
timestamp
file category
technical metadata (“AI-DNA”)
OriginCrest ID
CAEXV cannot reconstruct, infer, or access file contents.
5. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
maintaining possession of your original files
safeguarding generated GoldCards
understanding that file modifications produce different hashes
CAEXV cannot recover lost files or recreate certificates without the original file.
You agree not to use CAEXV for unlawful, infringing, or abusive purposes.
6. Payments & Payment Processing (Stripe)
All payments are processed by Stripe as the payment processor.
Stripe is responsible for:
payment processing
billing and invoicing
tax calculation and handling (where applicable)
chargeback and dispute processing
CAEXV does not receive or store payment card or billing information.
