Refund Policy

1. Nature of the Service

CAEXV provides a digital verification service that is executed immediately after successful payment.

Once payment is completed, the cryptographic proof generation process may start instantly and cannot be reversed.

2. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

Due to the nature of the service as a digitally executed service with immediate performance, the right of withdrawal is excluded once the service has been fully performed, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

By completing a purchase, you expressly agree that:

• the service execution may begin immediately after payment

• you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed

Refunds are therefore not granted after successful proof generation, unless mandatory legal provisions require otherwise.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed exclusively by Stripe.

Stripe is responsible for:

• payment processing

• billing and invoicing

• handling disputes and chargebacks

CAEXV does not access or store payment information.

Stripe policies apply in addition to applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Effect of Refunds or Chargebacks

Any refund, dispute, or chargeback does not retroactively alter or invalidate cryptographic proofs or registry entries that have already been generated.

The technical integrity of the registry remains unaffected.
